We want you to not fear the biggest investment of your life, but celebrate it, because we understand that the buyer’s remorse on a property transaction isn’t quite the same as the remorse of buying an ill-fitting pair of shoes.
Who we are
Shaun Strickland
Director of Property Research Advisory
With over 12 years of experience in the property and development industries and a high level of education with a Masters of Property, Shaun brings with him a keen knowledge of all things property.
This has been recognised with Shaun being interviewed as a property expert in most mainstream media outlets, talking about market movements, and general property advice. He has been involved with over 1,100 property acquisitions since 2011 and has run property research divisions since his early 20s. He is a property investor and developer in his own right, meaning he practices what he preaches.
Shaun wanted to create a company that helps every person with vital property advice. He believes the lack of information and help out there for people buying the biggest investment of their lives was scary and needed to be fixed, with this opening the door for Property Research Advisory.
